Payment and shipping information

A. Shipping costs and information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped by DHL.

The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table
below. If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (mail@friedel.art) before placing an order and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 7.90 euros per order.

II. Shipping outside Germany:

We deliver to the following countries:
All countries of the European Union (EU), as well as Australia, Great Britain, Iceland, Canada, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the USA.

The shipping costs for shipping to countries of the European Union (EU) are a flat rate of 19.90 euros per order.

The shipping costs to Great Britain and Switzerland are a flat rate of 29.90 euros per order.

The shipping costs to Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are a flat rate of 34.90 euros per order.

The shipping costs to Australia, Canada and the USA are a flat rate of 54.90 euros per order.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transmission of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Information on delivery times

The delivery times to Germany are indicated for the respective article.

In the table below, you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you will need to add to the delivery time indicated for each item.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date:
In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends on the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

I. For shipments within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer you the following payment methods via the payment service provider mollie, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. For shipments outside Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer you the following payment methods via the payment service provider mollie, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
2. PayPal

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
   Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 28 days, stating the reason for payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order process.
2. PayPal
   Only a few steps to payment:
   1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
   2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
   3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate payment.
   If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
   4. You will then be redirected back to us (friedel.art).

No self-collection:
Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
